Having worked in the corporate world for many years, Elaine has acquired skills in multiple business disciplines, managerial experience, and expertise in analysis, problem solving and project management of reengineering, reorganisation and improvement projects. She is also an experienced facilitator. Elaine holds an MBA from Henley Management College (UK).
Having worked At Siemens Telecommunications for eleven years, Elaine left Siemens for a year and a half, rejoining the Siemens Family in 2008 and taking up the position of Business Excellence Manager and PM@Siemens Coach for the Energy Sector SEA.
As a mother of three, Elaine believes in the abilities of young South Africans and is passionate about assisting them in reaching their full potential. Due to this interest, Elaine is heading up the Mentoring Programme for ALOW with the vision of growing female talent within Siemens through formalised mentoring.
